Welcome to ProjectZap. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProjectZap platform, websites, applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ProjectZap is an all-in-one productivity platform that provides AI-powered tools including, among others, CodeBot AI, ZapDocs, ZapSheets, ZapFlow, ZapInvoice, ZAPChat, ZapAgent, and Grow. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as we continue to improve the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@projectzap.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in phishing or fraudulent activity.
- Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, except where permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our prior written permission.
- Generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or abusive through our AI tools.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) according to the plan you select.
- Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged for the next period.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable prior notice. Any price change applies to billing periods after the notice.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies associated with your subscription.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, WalletPlug. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Free Trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you may use the Service during the trial period at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, code, replies, and other output based on the inputs and context you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on any output before using it. ProjectZap does not warrant that AI output is accurate, error-free, or fit for any specific use.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the documents, spreadsheets, messages, invoices, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant ProjectZap a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not sell it.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by ProjectZap and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service normally.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties such as WalletPlug for payment processing and AI providers for model access. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectZap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ProjectZap harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
