Secure Checkout

Last updated July 30, 2026

Paying for ProjectZap is safe. We have built our checkout to protect your payment details at every step, and we work with a dedicated payment provider so that sensitive card data never touches our own servers.

1. Encrypted Connection

Every page on ProjectZap, including checkout, is served over a secure HTTPS connection. Information you enter is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, so it cannot be read as it travels between your device and our systems.

2. Payments Handled by a Secure Processor

Your payment is processed by our payment provider, WalletPlug, which is built to meet strict payment-industry security standards (PCI DSS). Card details are captured and tokenized by the processor. ProjectZap only receives a secure token and the information needed to manage your subscription.

3. We Never Store Your Card Details

ProjectZap does not store your full card number, expiry, or security code on its servers. That data stays with the PCI-compliant processor, which reduces risk and keeps your details out of our systems.

4. Card Network Protections

Payments are protected by the security features of the major card networks, which may include additional verification such as 3-D Secure (for example, a one-time code from your card provider) to confirm that you authorized the payment.

5. Fraud Monitoring

Transactions are monitored for signs of fraud. Suspicious payments may be flagged or declined to protect you and other customers. If a legitimate payment is declined, please reach out and we will help.
